Appearance: Arrives cloudy and pear nectar colored; the one-finger head leaves splashy lacing
Smell: Star fruit, papaya, pineapple and white grapefruit pith
Taste: Star fruit and papaya forward with some pineapple bringing a hint of sweetness; white grapefruit pith pervades the mid-palate, bringing a moderate level of bitterness; the finish is relatively dry and some astringency lingers in the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Somewhat austere but with a good level of bitterness
