Corked 500 ml bottle purchased from Roth's Market in West Salem.
Marked down to $2.00...over a year old.
Pours a lovely golden body and a nice white head..no gusher! Good sign.
Definably a good bit of the ole barn yard in the aroma. But also berries and and soap ( gin?).
Taste is traditional saison with gin hints..its really nice. Bit sweet but not over the top.
Still has a nice carbonation (soft)..and a semi dry finish.
Really good stuff..need to head down see if there is any more left!
