A decent ale. Except for the citrus fruit hops, this could be an EPA also. Low ABV and well-blended malts.
Looks average, although Beyond The Pale has this nice marmalade-like Look, albeit without the rind and more hazy. It Smells equally of malt and fruity hops. It Tastes the same, an ale with integrity. It sits fine in my mouth. Refreshing and calming... which is important because I just drank it to accompany an Indian dal. Paired well.
I like these guys. They seem spunky and have a clever marketing tool of delivering two dozen beers a month to your doorstep, only a few of their own. Keeps the brewer honest, too. they have a few other marketing gimmicks such as the round opening in the can and "beer with character" slug. Other than that, they seem a standard micro- making a go of it.

Canned in a crafty craft can with the top wide pull ring so the can can act as a drinking receptacle
pours a slightly hazy marmalade coloured body with decent white head
tangerine a citrus fizzy aroma
some citrus & some bitterness in the flavour

A 330ml can with no visible BB date. Acquired a little while back from a webshop. The label mentions that this beer is unfiltered.
A: Poured into a tulip. Can conditioned. A hazy golden-amber hue with plentiful floating sediment and good carbonation. Yields a vast head of creamy white foam that fills the tulip before slowly reducing to a patchy surface layer. Some lacing.
S: Aroma of herbal, fruity hops with hints of light citrus, mild spice, grass/hay, subtle leafiness, earthy yeast and pale malt. The hop character seems slightly faded. Decent.
T: Tastes of fruity hops with notes of mild citrus, herbal hints, subtle spice, grass/hay, leafiness, earthy yeast, pale malt, faint grain and a twinge of cardboard. The hops are OK but a tad watery (a bit like overdiluted squash). A crisp, hoppy bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with lively carbonation and decent body for the strength. Aftertaste of bitter fruity hops, herbal hints, earthy yeast and pale malt.
O: Pretty good, though perhaps a tad faded. Unfortunately I'm not sure exactly how old this can is. Looks alright, if overcarbonated. The aroma and flavour are a balanced mix of aromatic hops, light bitterness, yeast and pale malt. Good body. Goes down readily enough - worth picking up if you come across it.
