They legally wouldn't let us open a brewery unless we brewed an IPA. Five varieties of American hops give this session-ish IPA a fruity aroma and balanced bitterness.

Darker in color than most IPAs. Head was white to off white. Nose was fruity/citrus. Taste was malty. Backend is where the magic happened. Nice bitterness.

Poured into snifter glass fro a can. Nice 1 inch foamy head. Golden with hint of copper coloring, slightly opaque. Light on the nose for an IPA, maybe a mellow melon mixed with floral. First flavor came across as pineapple, green apple candy, finishes with a bit of bitterness that lingers with the sweetness. Unique. Recommend giving it a try.

Had this on tap ata burger place in Houston. A decent beer but nothing to write home about.
Poured in to a tall fluted tulip. Clear golden yellow color with good head and lacing. Good fruity, citrus smell. Taste is a bit subdued but piney with some citrus. Expected a bit more.

Served on cask at Hay Merchant (Houston, TX) in a shaker pint. Clear gold with a frothy head of white foam. Lemony citrus and slight fruit and pine on the nose and taste with a light, biscuit malt body. Creamy smoothy body with light cask carbonation. Very drinkable, especially on cask, if on the light and mild side.
