Pours a bright, very light copper. Medium amount of white head fades quickly to a little ring around the glass. No lacing.
Nose is tropical fruit, citrus rind.
Taste follows. Citrus, grapefruit, berries, tangerine. A touch of pine with a pleasant butter finish.
Clean, crisp mouthfeel. Lingering grapefruit bitterness.

Good example of a Galaxy-forward IPA, with some Citra and Simcoe thrown in for good measure. Good aroma and flavor. Canned 2 weeks ago: fresh!

Pours a mostly clear golden yellow color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is decent. Lacing is very good. Nice fresh citrus aroma with some piney resin. Nice malt to hop transition. Citrus with smooth piney resin. Somewhat juicy. Light to medium bodied with mild to moderate carbonation. Good beer.

On tap at a few places around the Heights. D&T and Southern Goods to name a few.
A: Initial pour is with a touch of haze, which clears up slightly after a minute. A two finger white head forms and recedes to leave some lace.
S: Stone fruits like mango, and a bit of that "juicy" hop character that is in vogue. Which quickly transitions to more citrus and grapefruit rind in the finish. Light to no malt character, which is fine.
T: Like the nose, stone fruit, lightly juicy, with a citrus rind and grapefruit bitterness in the finish. Little to no malt character, but the different hop flavors balance each other out and nothing is over done.
M/O: A medium body with moderate carbonation. I would maybe like it a bit crisper, but still smooth. I have had a few now, and it is enjoyable to drink.
I have heard this is their attempt at a "juicy NEIPA." While there is a bit of stone fruit like juicy character up front, I don't think it hits the mark they are advertising. As is this seems like a toned down Yellow Rose, which is not bad at all. It might not be the best around, and regardless of what trendy style they try to squeeze this into, I am sure I will still enjoy a few pints when I see it again
