Poured from tap into shaker, good 1 finger off white head, recedes quickly, no lacing. Clear purplish red in the glass. Smells of lactic and blackberry. Taste is initially tart lemon followed quikly with some blackberry, ends with a tart dry finish with a little salinity left on the palate Good fruited gose
