The bunny pours with a thin head, but the color is pretty amazing. It is lavender, like a dilute sports drink or a melted grape soda. It maintains a light body, and the lavender color is clear without any opacity. This smell fits a cream ale, without only slight bitterness from a dab of hops. I am not sure what a pea flower tastes or smells like, but I assume part of the color comes from the flower. This would make a nice summer ale, with a unique color. I will be seeking out this flower for my brewing in the future. It is a shame it is discontinued. I found this one on the make-your-own-six at the local grocery store.
