Serving: 12 oz can ("canned on 03/04/21 skol!!") poured into a 7 oz Libbey Gibraltar glass.
Appearance: Very pale, clear straw yellow, with a foamy white head. Streaky lace deposits on the way down.
Smell: Soft aroma of sourdough bread and spicy hops.
Taste: Spicier grains and yeast, peppercorn spice, and light citrus and fruity esters (white grapes). Crisp and clean with both tart and hoppy bitter finish.
Mouthfeel: Light body with lively carbonation.
Overall: Very light and refreshing while at the same time unexpectedly complex and flavorful. A winner for Texas summers.

Very nice pale ale. Described as a Norwegian pale ale with Kviek yeast. Look is clear golden. Good lacing after pouring from can. Nose is sweet, initially smelled white grapes, and some degree of malt. Taste is delicious, good balance, light and fruity yet finishes with bitter and little sour. I would pour this in hot months as it is refreshing and low side of alcohol. Good job Eureka Heights!
