Canned 3/31/23. Drank 5/1/23.
Pour is a clear golden yellow. Decent finger of white head, though short lasting with no retention.
Nose is bready malt, hint of grassy hops
Taste is smooth, clean, and crisp. biscuity, bready, cracker malt. lightly toasted bread. malt forward. maybe a pinch of sulfur on the fnish?
Overall a good beer.

A: Pours a clear orange/yellow. A one finger white head forms, and recedes after a minute. Light lace is left behind.
S: Grassy hops, bready malts. The aroma is straightforward, by the books, but nice.
T: A touch of grassy hops, and the malts take over after that. Toasted bread and a lot of sweetness, some sulfur like component in there. Very simple, and boarders on too sweet for my tastes.
M/O: A medium body with moderate carbonation. There is a slick feel here, and wish it finished drier. Not hard to drink, and something I could come back to when in the mood.
There are better local Pilsners out there, including Eureka's own Wow Factor. It is not really bad, just average.
