Poured a very nice golden amber color with no haze to be seen. Nice, pretty aggressive head but that’s an observation, not a knock.
The aroma was faint, which surprised me. I drank it right from the fridge so maybe it was too cold, if so, my loss.
The taste was also milder than expected for a DDH WCIPA, I mean, those are generally not described with mild in view. Still, very quaffable and did not drink like something with 7.1% ABV. Flavor was spot on, just mild.
It’s quite tasty and I am glad I got to try it, as it’s likely not going to be a permanent addition to their rotation.
