West Coast! West Coast! West Coast! It’s the Coast with the Most, babe. This West Coast IPA was double dry-hopped with Citra Incognito, Citra, Mosaic, Mosaic Cyro, and Simcoe, offering notes of ripe berries, juicy stone fruit, and a subtle dankness. If you say it three times, it might just appear in your glass. It’s worth a try, at least.

Sweet tropical hoppy, piney citrus, and hint of mosaic-dank nose on this one! Aromatics are a little subdued here. Taste follows with a super clean and piney-hoppy bitter finish. I was hoping for a little more hop expression from both the Citra and Mosaic in this one. This is good, but nothing really pops or grabs your attention on the nose or the palate. This is an enjoyable, easy-drinking, and somewhat crushable westie, though!
