Great Scott! We linked back up with our best buds at Pure Project and Harland for another rad 3-way collaboration! Our part is a juicy triple dry-hopped hazy triple IPA with Phantasm, "Back to the Phuture III". Hopped with an absolutely absurd amount of Phantasm, Freestyle Mega Motueka, Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra Incognito, and Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, this one is boasting zesty lime and dieselly grape on the nose, while the tasting notes are bursting with bright citrus, tropical pineapple, passion fruit and ripe mango. The use of Phantasm takes this beer to another dimension by adding insane tropical notes, while still allowing the bitterness to shine through and maintaining a creamy mouth-coating feel to round out the drinking experience. Welcome Back to the Phuture!

Look - hazy thick yellow with nice rimming
Smell - citrus tropical pineapple mango passion fruit
Taste - about the same as the smell just not as big, even though it's still big. More citrus than anything else
Feel - medium full body with a mediumish carb
Overall - pretty fantastic

Sweet tropical hoppy, white wine grape, lemony-orange citrus, and a Phantasm/Nelson-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a beautiful, Nelson dominant, hoppy and grapefruit citrus bitter finish. This feels great on the palate and I am digging the deft and great use of Phantasm here. This is outstanding!
