On tap at O’Shea Brewing Co. in San Juan Capistrano, CA.
All pithy like an English dame who prefers tea over coffee, while also all dead grassy like your neighbor who is over watering their lawn. Why its quality is that it has juice-like elements, but not juice-like taste. It may not be Barry Sanders retiring in his prime, but it’s still solid like a brick in the house that the big bad wolf couldn’t blow down.

Sweet tropical hoppy, hint of white wine grape, hint of earthy-citrus, and a orange juicy citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a wonderfully balanced, cotton candy tropical hoppy, and an earthy, orange-grapefruit citrus bitter finish. Yum! I like how each individual hop in this hop profile has its chance to shine. As it warms, a little more hop burn/hoppy bitterness starts to dominate the back of the the throat. This is a great triple with great color! It would be an all-timer if it was just a touch more murky/creamier on the palate.
