A stellar amount of Strata Fresh hops, Citra Fresh Hop Cryo, Cascade Fresh Hop Cryo, and HBC-586 Cryo complete this heavenly DDH Harvest IPA. Get ready to lift off with aromas of dank citrus while flavors of peach, apricot, and strawberry, orbit your palate before landing into a clean, moderately dry finish.

A crystal clear light orange with a dense, white head that falls off rapidly, this looks solid. The nose is fantastic. Aggressive fresh Strata is present, but there's also so much fruit - cotton candy grapes, melon, peach, honey, golden kiwi. No real malt presence. The palate opens crisp, clean, bright and vibrant with lovely rich, fresh Strata, along with nice Citra notes. Golden kiwi, melon, cotton candy grapes, honey, floral notes, mild citrus, this is fabulous. Drying, clean finish, soft, fruity with reserved bitterness. Fantastic modern WCIPA.
