The cool cats at Highland Park Brewery joined us for a momentous DDH West Coast IPA collab brew, Strategic Selection! This time last year, we paired up with Bob and the crew at HPB to hand-select Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo & Simcoe at Yakima Chief Hops. We figured it would be a good strategy to pair up again to make a beer with them. You can expect major dank aromas, citrus and grape flavors, and moderately bitter finish. Rearrange the beer fridge, because this West Coast is the winning option!

Sweet tropical hoppy, orange-tangerine citrus, and a prominent Mosaic-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a Mosaic and Citra dominant, piney hoppy bitter finish. This one finishes a touch soft and I think it would have been better served to have been a touch drier and crispier on the backend. Still delicious, though!
