We pulled out our hazmat suits and paired up with fellow scientists from Von Ebert Brewing to concoct a DDH West Coast IPA that made our Geiger counter go haywire. While we thought about throwing some glow stick liquid (or perhaps Plutonium?) into the kettle, we decided to hop this nuclear brew into oblivion with a trifecta of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo & Mosaic 702. Aromas of big blueberry and red berry carry through on the sip to mingle with piney floral flavors, while an assertive, sticky bitterness, and robust mouthfeel radiate throughout the drinking experience.
