This beer is a collaboration with Schillings Beer. Rated this beer as part of a beer tasting with a buddy on 03/02/24. Canned on 11/27/24, approximately $5 for a 16 oz can.
A&S: The head is fizzy white and retains in a thin layer. Carbonation bubbles continue to rise from the bottom of the glass. The beer is transparent light yellow/amber color. The aroma is my favorite component of this beer. Right off the bat a larger than expected hop aroma consisting primarily of floral but also earthy tones. The hops fade slightly over time, but still are a part of the beer, with more biscuit and sourdough bread tones coming forward.
T&M: The taste is balanced and clean. With a mild bitterness profile. The taste doesn't change much as it warms. This beer is very drinkable. The mouthfeel is on the heavier side of light, not at all heavy on the palate. Carbonation bites with crisp tones.
Overall: Very tasty and refreshing beer. This style won't ever score super high, but this beer was very well done. Would buy it again.
