Carefully crafted, delicately layered, and architecturally stunning - wait, are we still talking about beer? Introducing House of Fu!, a TDH West Coast DIPA built with the steady hands and meticulous attention of a professional card stacker. Oodles of Amarillo, Citra DynaBoost, Citra, Columbus Cryo, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Krush Cryo, and Simcoe lend towering notes of vibrant guava, ripe mango, orange wedges, and Fruit Stripe thrown in the mix. You’ll want to break out a brand new deck for this house of cards, and if it all comes crashing down just take another sip & start again!

Can from Function.

A clear orange with a dense white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is massive pine, modern Mosaic, dank, fruit, Simcoe and pine Amarillo notes. The palate is a modern hop masterpiece with loads of fruit but also dank bitterness and pungency. Citrus, tropical fruit, honey, mild stone fruit. The dankness makes this stand apart. Alcohol is well hidden. Excellent.

Another outstanding IPA from North Park. Shocker!

From the can, the beer pours a clear ight copper amber color with good head retention and lacing. On the nose, this is another hop bomb, showcasing dank earth, pine, onion, and light tropical fruit. The flavor profile replicates the nose pretty closely, but as is typical with NP IPAs, alcohol is very well integrated into the flavor profile and so this dipa is insanely drinkable. Mouthfeel is fairly full, with a long, moderately bitter finish.

As noted previously, this brewer is a master when it comes to making drinkable WCIPA's with a huge hoppy flavor profile. Excellent stuff.
