Crown-Fu! West Coast IPAs are no jesting matter around here, and we certainly followed the royal protocol when triple dry-hopping this gem with the finest Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic, Simcoe, Chinook, Columbus, and Peacharine found in this fair kingdom. It doesn’t get more aromatic than this: think stone fruit, ripe pineapple, and a dash of pine. Take a swig and let saturated strawberry, red fruit, dank guava, and pine resin wash over your palate.

On tap at Hollingshead’s in Orange, CA.
The name is lame. But at least it’s easy enough to say, “I will have a Crown Fu, please.” Boom. And then you get yourself a quaffable beer (but also an expensive one). And here we go… It doesn’t sparkle bright enough that Queen B herself would wear the Hop-Fu crown - I’m thinking more so pregnant Rhianna when she just kind of phoned in her performance at the Super Bowl Halftime show. She jiggled it, but should she really have been wiggling it?
Don’t forget to brush your pearly whites, my children.

Sweet tropical hoppy, old-school hoppy, peach and apricot stonefruity, a Mosaic-dank, and a citrus-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a super-clean and piney, Mosaic hoppy, and a Peacharine dank finish. Wow! This is so crisp and crushable! This is great!
