Together with our Vermont friends at Freak Folk Bier, we bring you a new addition to the collection of “Scary Beers to Drink in the Dark”: Shadow Puppet! Pour this TDH Hazy TIPA into a glass and prepare to be entranced as Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Rakau shapeshift on the palate. Maybe we’re feeling nostalgic, but one sip will transport you back to Grandma’s house as she sneaks you yet another one of those strawberry hard candies that only exist in her purse. To say less, this one is a showcase of all the best juicy red fruits, joined by a touch of Meyer lemon. Sit back, take another sip and enjoy the (shadow puppet) show.

A tall and bubbly but densely creamy off-white head builds over a brighter yellow, fully opaque body.
More tropically juicy than their Collections of Shared Thoughts I had before it, though also featuring slight accents of cannabis, it's frothy, round and crushable.

Sweet tropical hoppy, white wine grape, and an orange-grapefruit citrus-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a malty-sweet, orange-grapefruit citrus hoppy bitter finish. Very approachable out the gate for a TDH'd triple...not too boozy and not too much hop-burn on the backend. The color on this one was unexpected for me as this one is a little darker colored than I am used to from North Park hazies...not sure if that is because of a different malt profile used for this collab or the hops used. Still enjoyable and good!
