Eight! Eight! Isn’t it great? Here’s a new beer to celebrate! Introducing NPBC8, an absolutely massive Quadruple Dry-Hopped Hazy Quintuple IPA oozing with Citra, Nelson, Peacharine, & Rakau. Clocking in at 15% ABV, there’s no denying how assertive, thick, and saturated this one is. Expect a medley of juicy berry, ripe peach, purple grape, and Mom’s homemade lemonade. 8 years only comes around once, so why not go big?

Sweet orange citrus hoppy, a hint of white wine grape, and a prominent gin-like boozy nose on this one! The booziness on the nose overpowered things for me...I couldn't pick up any aromatics from the Peacharine. Taste follows with a tropical hoppy, peachy-stonefruit, and an orange citrus bitter finish...a huge kick of booziness on the backend that lingers a bit. Again, the booziness interferes with enjoying this awesome hop profile. When trying to pick up the nuances, I got steamrolled by the booze. I am glad I only got one can of this...and this is another data point for me that these big quints and quads are just not for me anymore.
