It wouldn’t be a Beachwood collab if we weren't brewing a West Coast IPA…and it wouldn’t be a West Coast IPA without Intensely Pronounced Aromatics! We double dry hopped this one with oodles of Citra, Nectaron, Krush, Mosaic, & Simcoe, and they sure deliver. Crack it open, give it a pour & let floral aromas, pine, and subtle dankness waft from the glass. Zippy grapefruit, saturated blueberry, and oily resin dance on the palate when sipping before landing in a subtle, dry finish. As West Coast as West Coast IPA gets!

Sweet tropical hoppy, a hint of stonefruit, Simcoe hoppy, and a Mosaic-dank and piney-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a piney-hoppy and dank bitter finish. This finishes softer than I like my westies...that dank piney-ness would have been more appreciated on a dry, crisp, and cleaner platform. Still pretty good!
