Without further ado, we’re proud to present Fatamorgana - an Omnipollo x North Park Beer Co. Freaky Friday collab! We had the opportunity to swap recipes with our favorite Swedish friends and were honored to give their well-loved hazy a North Park twist with an additional dry hop & an ABV bump to the tune of 10.2%. A Citra-lover’s delight, this one uses Citra T90, Cryo, & DynaBoost for notes of tangy passion fruit, candied lemon, grapefruit zest, and mango puree, all accentuated by a dash of pithy bitterness. Beautifully opaque, this full-bodied stunner will have you hypnotized after just one sip!
