The moment you all (but really, we all) have been waiting for… we’re psyched to bring you Elder-Fu! Our dear friend and legendary brewer Vinnie Cilurzo of Russian River came down south with an arsenal of his hand-selected hops to brew with us, and to say this is an honor would be quite an understatement. As you may have guessed, Elder-Fu! is a crystal-clear Double dry-hopped West Coast double IPA brewed with Simcoe DynaBoost, Simcoe Cryo, Simcoe, NZ-106, Nectaron, Krush Cryo, Mosaic, Tangier, & Amarillo Abstrax Quantum Brite. Expect layers of tangerine, dank pine resin, a touch of herbal orange blossom & light berry paired with a balanced, dry finish. This is the way of the Fu!: Keep cold, drink fresh, or prepare to face the fury of the Fu!

Sweet and piney tropical hoppy, Simcoe old-school hoppy, and a floral orange-tangerine citrus-dank nose on this one! Taste follows exactly with an added prominent, old-school hoppy bitter finish. This is fantastically super-clean...a nod to the new-school west coast style. This is a fantastic mix of both breweries...and an ode to the classics!

10 ounce pour at North Park Beer Co Pizza Shop in Crown Point, San Diego - released same day.
A bright golden pour with a soft chill haze and a finger of tight bubbly white head.
Aroma is a melange of piney resin, tropical fruit, mango, ripe citrus with dank and grassy notes.
Tastes follows with resinous sticky hops, pine, mango, and ripe orange giving just enough sweetness to balance the dank and herbal hops and resulting bitterness.
Full smooth mouthfeel with the piney resin coating and ending with a dry crisp finish.
About what one would expect out of a Hop-Fu/Pliny the Elder mash up.
