I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the brewery.
Appearance: medium yellow hue with tons of haze and a thin layer of ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweet malt with a rich, citrusy, tropical aroma. Passionfruit and grapefruit come to mind. Very good!
Taste: softer up front than the aroma, but with some nice tropical and stone fruit flavors and maybe a hint of grapefruit rind at the end. There's some hop burn here but that's just part of the style nowadays.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and a nice, smooth creaminess.
Overall: a really solid hazy IPA. Just on the border of a DIPA, this thing is quite drinkable.
