It’s Colloidal State! We collaborated on this experimental new Hazy Double IPA with our fellow research partners from Columbia, Maryland at Sapwood Cellars! Methodically triple dry-hopped with a plethora of Citra, Galaxy, Krush, and Nelson Sauvin for a high volume of ruby red grapefruit, juicy guava, and fresh pear notes layered with trace elements of mixed berry, too. Step away from the lab bench and grab a pour, you’ve earned it!
