I had this beer on-tap in a tall pint glass at the brewery in Glasgow.
Appearance: pale golden yellow hue with a tiny dash of haze and a good effervescence. head is a finger of frothy white foam.
Smell: grainy malt with just a dash of sweetness and a hint of hops. Maybe a little light, but appropriate to the style.
Taste: slightly sweeter than the aroma, but still with that balancing graininess. Hops are earthy and offer a moderate bitterness. Actually a pretty good pilsner!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this is a solid lager if you’re looking for something dry and refreshing.
