Decent Irish Red. Served on tap at the brewpub. Coppery in color with aromas of caramel and sweet fruit. Flavors of toffee, caramel, toast, with a fruity/earthy finish. Quite nice.

21 IBU. Irish Ale brewed with base malts, caramel and roasted malts. English yeast strains produce a slightly fruity aroma. Pours a reddish-brown color with a minimal tan head that disappears quickly.
