This high-octane, yet light bodied beer is accented by slight fruity esters reminiscent of pear or apple. You may also notice slight spicy phenols and a perfume-like aroma from the yeast!

Pours a gold color with virtually no head; bubbly when poured but disappears quickly. Aroma of grains and floral notes. Taste is spicy and a little bit sour. Slight alcohol warmth.
