So, it's not the nitro, but the can told me to shake and pour hard, and I'm a sheep. Poured with about...5" of head that slowly settled out with nice soapy lacing. Nose is spicy noble hop, rye, moderate malt, but the earthiness leads here. Taste has more malt sweetness than the nose, almost like a cream soda or root beer, but well-balanced with some rye and brown bread notes. Mouthfeel is creamy and soft with very light carb. Buy some of it!
