This German style wheat beer is brewed with Riggs-Grown Wheat. It has a rich banana aroma, but finishes clean, slightly tart, and refreshing. Brewed by a German certified brewmaster who learned his craft in Bavaria, so you know you’re getting the real deal.

From a 16oz can. Canned on January 15, 2025.
This beer has a nice murky golden color to it. When I hold it to the light I see a nice stream of carbonation bubbles rising in the glass. The head is 1 finger in size and white colored. The head is frothy looking and has good retention. There's some lacing on the glass as the head dissipates.
The aroma hit as I was pouring the beer. I was just getting a huge banana aroma. Up close I also get the cloves. I also have to wonder if they're using Belgian yeast, because I get a huge bubblegum aroma as well. Quite pleasing aromas.
Taste - I get a Belgian yeast bubblegum flavor up front. They must be using Belgian yeast in this beer. It is an interesting flavor for the style. The bubblegum flavor mellows out and the sweetness of the banana and cloves kick in. All the flavors work together.
The body is smooth and bubbly in nature. The feeling of the yeast does linger in my throat for a while.
This is a tasty take on the style, and I'm happy I got the chance to try it.

16 oz can canned 7/26/23 into a Becher glass.
L: Pours yeast hazed dark corn yellow with a thin white head that dies quickly, good fine carbo bubbles, almost no lacing.
S: Light banana bread, fruity, lightly grassy, a bit earthy.
T: Lightly fruity, banana, clove, sweet malts, lightly yeasty, bready finish.
F: Brisk medium bodied feel with a slightly robust middle and a medium- length gently dry finish.
O: A really nice tasting and feeling American Hefe beer with a very nice easy finish. Quite refreshing and is very good in its style.

The definition of a middle-of-the-road hefeweizen. It has a weird, lingering aftertaste that was still detectable a half-hour into my walk home. Not great, not terrible, not memorable.

16oz can. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of glass. It smelled of banana, clove, cracked wheat and some fruit. Sweet wheat taste with banana, clove and some spiciness.

Poured from a can bought from an IGA in central Illinois. Massive white head that persists. Hazy golden brown. Taste of banana esters, cloves but not intense; banana predominant in aftertaste. Light mouthfeel. A good warm-weather beer.

Pours a very nice white foamy head.
Smells a lot like Weihenstephaner's hefe, but perhaps a bit less banana.
Once again comparing this Weihenstephaner, I have to say this has a slightly creamier texture and tastes very similar, although like the smell, is missing some of the heavy banana flavors.
I liked it! It certainly feels better than Weihenstephaner, but I don't think it tastes as good.

Thanks to falloutsnow, canned 8/17/20
Pours a med foamy pillowy head, med retention and gets rocky, lots of messy lacing, very hazy med orange color
Nose brings plenty of creamy wheat, doughy malt, light vanilla spice, some citrus, fair banana esters, little vanilla icing note as well
Taste brings doughy creamy wheat again, little cereal malt, bit more malt flavor than usual as it somehow comes through the wheat, touch of honey, and more vanilla spice, a bit of citrus, more creamy banana esters, touch of bitterness, some vanilla icing orange cake notes on the back end, mild sticky finish
Mouth is med bod, fair creamy, med fizzy carb
Overall not bad, decent hefe, not quite enough banana, and malt came through a little bit much over the wheat, but otherwise good
