Pours a semi clear orange, with a nice thick cap of foam.
Smell starts with some sweeet caramel, then throws in heas of piney resin and some citrus.
Taste throws the classic west coast elements at you, with pine, sap and citrus balanced by some malty sweetness. Well balanced, but powerfully bitter nevertheless.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice west coast IPA, well balanced desite the hefty bitterness.
