Pours a semi clear yellow with light,soapy head.
Smell is fruity, yeasty and a little bit sweet.Notes of apples, pear and apricot.
Taste is crisp and fruity with some yeasty and sweet hints. Notes of apples, apricots and dried fruit. Soft bitterness, very crisp and clean.
Mouthfeel is medium and smooth, but lacking a bit of carbonation.
Overall, a very nice, drinkable Belgian pale.
