Pours a clear yellow with fluffy head.
Smell is bready, clean and crisp. Notes of knäckebröd, citrus, crackers and some rye.
Taste is bready and crackery, very crisp and very clean. Solid bitterness and notes of knäckebröd, citrus, rye and some peach.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a damn fine pilsner, up there with the best Swedish examples.
