Pours a clear yellow with soapy head.
Smell is crackery and a bit floral. Snappy with notes of knäckebröd, rye and wheat dough. Very clean and crisp.
Taste is crackery and snappy with some floral hints. Notes of knäckebröd, rye and citrus. A bit spicy and peppery with a solid bitterness. Very clean and crisp with a slight hint of fruitiness.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a first rate pilsner, very refreshing and crisp.
