Pours a hazy yellow with fine head.
Smell is tart with notes of lime, mango, apricot marmalade and peach syrup.
Taste is crisp and tart with a pinch of bitterness. Notes of orange marmalade, mango, lime and youghurt.
Mouthfeel is medum, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, balanced sour.
