Look - Pink, almost red raspberry in color. Little effervescent head that dissipates into a ring of lacing.
Smell - Cherries! Tannins, oak character from the frederiksdal barrel.
Taste - Light cherry followed by barrel character and a butteriness
Feel - Effervescent on the tongue and finishes dry
Overall - After having wild sinister kid before this, this knocks that out of the water. I think the sour cherry flavor in smell and taste is fantastic and the oak the housed cherry wine makes this guy shine.
