A: The beer is rather hazy yellow in color - too hazy to see if there is any visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high frothy white head that has excellent head retention and left a short head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of lemons are present in the nose along with notes of Belgian yeast.
T: The taste has flavors of floral and lemony hops along with notes of Belgian yeast and hints of associated peppery spices, the latter of which is most noticeable in the finish. The yeasty flavors become a little stronger as the beer begins to warm up.
M: It feels a bit more than light- to medium-bodied and somewhat dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked the aromas and flavors of lemony hops in this beer as they softened up those of the Belgian yeast.
Serving type: can

Pours yellow orange with a slight haze.
Aroma involves faint notes of straw, lemon and herb.
Tastes of tangy light fruits, herb, florals and finishes with a medium bitterness. A bit peppery in spots.
Light in body and exceptionally dry.
Always something interesting going on over at American Solera!
