L: pale-gold, cloudy, 2 finger white head with moderate retention and lacing
S: Citrus/lime, spicy, sweet
T: the lime zest is very dominant. Finish is bitter. Lime from start to finish
F: crisp with good carbonation
O: On par with the name/description. Doesn’t taste like a traditional saison, although I don’t think it’s intended to. Reminds me of a limeade with too many limes. This one is too bitter for me and not in a good/hoppy way.
