Pours a slightly hazed straw/gold color with 3 fingers of pearl colored head. Average head retention & better lacing
S: Bready notes, lemon, grassyness
T: Follows the nose, a little barrel dryness also along with some sour lemon drop notes & a little lime up front. Sourness, a hint of green banana & grassyness mixes in with lemons, slight bready notes & oaky dryness as this warms, Finishes dry, slightly sour with lemons & grassyness, plus a little lemon grass latr
MF: Medium body, soft carbonation, decent balance
This is throwback, pre-Pilsen Lager; a window to the past, pretty easy to drink

Fairly hazy pale yellow with a crisp white froth.
Grass, herb, hints of lemon and pear in the nose.
More sweet and light fruits going down alongside herb and maybe a bit of pine. The barrel aging really shines at the end with quite noticeable oaken notes.
Light and dry through the finish.
A somewhat complex but not at all complicated lager.
