A - Served a clear red-orange with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades at a normal pace leaving behind some lacing.
S - Aroma is a mix of citrus hops with some fruity esters. There is also some Belgian yeasts, some sweet caramel malts, and a touch of bread.
T - Starts off with a mix of sweet caramel malts with some citrus hops and a bit of bitterness. Through the middle some yeast comes through with a bit of breadiness. The finish is a mix of fruity esters with some light citrus hops and some sweet caramel malts.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a nice sweet and slightly dry finish.
D - Very drinkable. Nice balance of American and traditional Belgian elements. Feels very crisp.

On-tap at Magnolia
A: The pour is a clear golden color with a finger or so worth of white head.
S: Quite spicy on the nose. Lots of Belgian yeast esters along with a sweet bready background and some citrus. There's a bit of an off aroma to it that I cannot quite articulate.
T: A fairly bitter beginning to the glass, which begins to mellow out a bit as it warms. Lots of orange peel, coriander, and perhaps some floral notes too. A moderate spiciness and a sweet malt base.
M: The body is medium with a moderate level of carbonation.
D: No idea what this beer really was (of course there's no description of it anywhere). Wasn't the biggest fan of this one, but it wasn't horrendous either.
