A - Served a clear copper-orange color with a finger of slightly off-white head. The head fades down fairly quickly leaving behind some lace.
S - Aroma is a mix of sweet and sour elements with some light dark fruit and some Belgian yeasts.
T - Starts off with some sweet dark, some caramel malts, and some tartness and funk in the background. Through the middle some sourness comes through with some more funk, cherry flavor, and some green apple. The finish is a mix of tartness, with some Belgian yeasts and some sweet fruits.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a sweet and tart finish.
D - Very drinkable. Not quite balanced. The Wild Ale flavors feel rough, but the rest of the beer feel a bit off.

On-tap at Magnolia. Part of the 2011 BRU/SFO Series.
Pours a murky amber with a finger of white head. Bourbon, grass, and intense green apple aromas to this one. A little bit of acetone, too. Sort of a mild flavor. Hints of dark fruits, sweet malt, oak, and a mild tartness. Green apple on the palate, too. The apple and acetone really pick up as it warms, though. Thin bodied with low to medium carbonation.
