Heavy Handed Sticke Alt

Friends, homebrewers and "regulars at Stubborn German," Josh and Dan helped us brew and formulate this recipe! It's a Sticke Alt, where traditionally in Dusseldorf, brewers would make a "heavy handed" batch of their normal Altier using more malt and hops than normal. This beer would traditionally be released just once or twice a year mainly for the pub's "regular" patrons.
