Can. Cloudy orange with lasting head and lace. Fairly light aroma of orange and coriander and a little dough. Vanilla orange sweetness that grown in the mouth. Coriander very spicy finish intended to balance the sweetness and but is too assertive. Medium body, soft. A very difficult style. I love witbier but I can remember liking any that are more than about 5.5%.

Huge head that slowly settled leaving room in the glass to finish the pour. Strong notes of orange and coriander on the nose that follow through in the taste. Much more boozy than a "regular" wit bier, with the other flavors amped up to match. Overall very nice.

Overhopped and too boozy for a wit. Don’t get me wrong, it’s tasty and I wouldn’t turn one down.

16 oz can.
Pours a cloudy pale gold color wity a 2 finger soapy white head. Not much retention but leaves a ton of sticky cobweb lacing.
Aromas of orange, coriander, sweet dough, and banana esters.
The flavor is very citrusy, with notes of spicy coriander, bubblegum, dough, and damp grass.
Medium bodied with good carbonation. A little prickly. Relatively drinkable.
Overall, this is a nice witbier. The citrus really dominates the flavor but it doesn't completely hide the yeast or coriander notes. Not bad.

Can. Foamed out of the can upon cracking it. Cloudy golden orange color. Huge white head.
Grassy, floral, Brett funk, bandaids, lemon, citrus, Belgian yeast. Clementine and tangerines. Reminds me of a Fantome. Lots of spice flavor. Way too much carbonation. Won’t be able to finish this one.

A pint can poured into a clear pint glass produces a murky amber liquid without much head, nor glass lacing. The aroma is slightly yeasty and malty. The taste is quite sweet, seeming devoid of hop presence. The body is supple, for a Witbier. There is a much greater presence of carbonation than the look foreshadows. Pretty good, for a Witbier.

Glowing yellow with a light hazy, two fingers of white head that settles to an easily roused film. No lacing.
The smell is fresh, firmly fruity, wit-y, with a doughy character and big orange bittersweetness.
Flavor follows along the same lines with pizza dough, wheat, light spice, dried orange peel, orange juice and a well balanced herbal bite at the end that almost fades into a smoky character.
Drinkable with a medium body, substantial feel, and moderate carbonation. I gotta admit this is a beer that I have kind of rolled my eyes at every time I've seen it since it seemed to be a wit turned to 11 and while I do like a good wit, that seemed a little counterintuitive. This is just that, though, and is very enjoyable. The flavors come through but magnified in kind so that this is quite literally a textbook wit cranked up. It is maybe not terribly traditional but has that profile and is pretty drinkable for as big as it is.
