Enjoyed from the can.
My friend poured it and it is a mildly hazy medium straw color with one finger of nice head.
Aromas are true to form, light lemon peel, citrus and hops.
Flavors are really nice, delicate lemon peel and hoppiness.
Mouthfeel is excellent and finishes clean.
Another beautiful beer here. Not overwhelming..balanced and well crafted.

Got this as a gift. Thanks Dave!
I can only assume this is the one I got based on its insane Citra presence.
It pours a clear unfiltered vibrant straw yellow, almost florescent, with tons of floaties, a pillow of foamy white head that has excellent retention and superb lacing.
Plenty of citrus lemon, like, and grapefruit, a hint of papaya, and a good did of pine.
Flavor follows with a mild breast sweetness. Much more pine than I was anticipating in the finish.
Feel is frothy and smooth, and wonderfully bitter. Very resinous.
Overall, a very unique and delicious single hop IPA, really showcasing what Citra is capable of. Cheers!

Skadoosh Citra v2. Wish I had a side-by-side to compare the two versions in real time...if for no other reason than having an excuse to drink two of these fucking beers at once, they're so good. The malt base, carbonation, aromatics and flavor make this version shine just as bright as the previous one. The delta between the two scores probably reflects the shape of my palate on that given day.
Drank from the can so assuming it looks like the last version - orange gold with moderate haze. Haven't experienced an Alchemist beer that pours flat so I'm sure the head is thick. Aroma is...HOPS. Citrus, papaya, pine and pith. Taste is right there with a balancing bitterness. Drinks crisp and smooth and ends with a snap. Alchemist beers are perfextly carbonated - the lively body pushes the flavors over the palate with a briskness and feel that's hard to top. Avoids the pitfal of Citra-solo-hopped beers coming off as too pungent or fruity. Surprisingly well-rounded flavor and feel.

16 oz can poured into shaker pint.
A: Snall white creamy head that dissipates fairly quickly to a film.
Body is a murky tan yellow.
S: spicy herbal hops hit the nose with a crackery malt base.
T: Earthy, Herbal, intense with a solid bitterness. A little grapefruit finish. As it sits and warms it opens up a bit more for some pineapple and honey.
M: Medium bodied good carbonation great amounts of bitterness that lingers.
O: This beer tastes raw almost like a wet Hop beer, I wouldn't have guessed it was a Citra Hopped beer. Tastes like equinox hops and something very herbal the bitterness is something you don't see much anymore. Then as it warms it opens up into a pineapple honey bomb.

This one pours a very slightly hazy golden orange, with a small head, and a lot of lacing.
This smells pretty dank and resinous, like most Alchemist hoppy beers, with sweet pineapple, orange, and grapefruit.
This is quite similar to Skadoosh #5. I guess it was slightly tweaked- based on my weak memory, this seems a bit sweeter, and less dry- with more sweet pineapple and other tropical fruits. It's still bitter and resinous, lingering on the finish pretty significantly, though.
This is crisp and very clean, with a good level of carbonation.
I'm still quite in love with the Alchemist.

Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a hazy, light golden body with some lacing. Extraordinarily nice nose of tropical fruit, slight dank pine, hay, and as it warms a bit of onion. Wonderful flavors of that fruit, but the dankness comes forward with an almost perfect bitter finish. Fantastic feel and overall, almost perfect; and the best Skadoosh I've had (so far!) Cheers!

pours out an almost clear golden straw color with a bright white head, some lacing left behind. aromas and palate are grapefruit, orange, peach, pineapple... somewhat tropical but also very earthy and weedy and pine needles but also like a sweet honey malt note, some yeasty bubblegum. medium bodied with some nice texture to it, very good!
