Can: Poured a hazy bright yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dank hoppy notes with floral citrusy notes and light grapefruit notes. Taste is a mix of floral citrusy notes with light dank notes and a dry finish with subtle residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable but hops are dryer then expected with not as much depth of flavours as I was expecting.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a tulip glass almost a month old. Appearance is light brown and fairly transparent with two to three finger thick head. Smell is classic Mosaic with grapefruit, onion, and blueberry coming through with great overall earthy hop aroma.
Taste follows the nose with a nice surge of grapefruit juice coming through on the mid palate. Flavors linger nicely through the finish. Skadoosh XI is relatively dry with moderate bitterness that is perfectly executed. Bitterness lingers somewhat but is really nice. There are also notes of fermented sugar that I seem to get in most of Alchemist's beers. Mouthfeel is soft, medium bodied, and smooth with nice effervescence. Incredible finish.
Overall, this is an incredible IPA that finds a nice balance between West Coast and New England style IPAs. The mouthfeel is on point, and the Mosaic hop flavor is well executed. It is one of those beers that I would constantly keep in my refrigerator if available.

My first Skadoosh...but definitely not my first Alchemist brew. Been a follower since before the pop up sales. Now the beer. Pours nice..more darker than most IPAs I tend to go with. Excellent head. Smell is fruity...tropical...clean..refreshing. Taste matches. A sip is good but a gulp brings out all the tropical yet dank notes. Excellent feel. Great beer. A nice flavorful IPA.
