This special Alchambic Sour Blonde Ale coming in at 5% has been 2 years in the making, spending it's time aging in barrels, then blending, bottling, conditioning, and now it's absolutely perfect for drinking. This is the first time we've put Wild Child in a bottle and we have around 1000 bottles of it.

Appearance: Pours with a clear copper color and a modest head that quickly fades to a ringlet; spots of lacing
Smell: Tart green apple and vinous white wine elements combine with oak and funk
Taste: Dry, funky and vinous, with the flavor of white wine past its prime; funk and green apple tones merge with the oak, after the swallow, bringing an acidic finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; puckery
Overall: Nice acidity that combines with the yeast and oak to produce a complex sour
