Moderate pour yields a nearly one inch white head over a very bright, almost clear body with nice, sticky lacing. Fantastic nose (from the can) of tropical fruit and citrus as I poured some, but not all. Complex flavors of tropical fruit, citrus, pine resin with a very dry finish from those Idaho 7 hops. Very nice feel.
Overall, I think this beer needs to be made again.
Cheers!

This beer pours a clear amber hue with medium retention. Mosaic and Columbus hops dominate the nose. The flavor is initially bitter, later offset by maltiness, representing the old school IPA profile with the addition of a few new hops. This could be the beginning of a new, regular rotation beer from the folks over at the Alchemist.
