Is an American wild ale fermented with three strains of wild Brettanomyces yeast. This dark ale has a smooth character and a complex profile. Hints of curacao orange and coconut can be detected in the finish. Perfect for those cold Vermont winter nights.

Nice medium gold color with an off white head, medium lacing. Fairly starightforward nose, malt and a bit of yeast, smells dry. Dry it is, with a little more yeastyness in the taste than in the nose. Notes say that this is fermented with a three way blend of Brettanomyces, aged only ten weeks. It does indeed taste fresh, but there's a kind of harshness in the finish.
