Opened with care and the quite lively bottle made it to the glass just in time. Very light one inch pink head subsided in a couple minutes over a light copper colored body with a little lacing. Wonderful nose of strawberry, slight funk, and even slighter oak. Taste of fresh strawberry with the tartness of a slightly unripe strawberry. Delicious! Very nice champagne-like mouthfeel with a tart (but not too tart) finish. Overall, a tremendously tasty offering from The Alchemist!
